Silo Studios is based in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, a small rural community just 20 miles south of Nashville.

Artist and designer, Shawn South- Aswad, works out of her renovated silo– home where she is inspired by her husband and two sons… and the unconditional love of her dogs, Buster and Sherlock, as well as the studio cat, Miss Peppermint Lily.

All art and furniture produced at Silo Studios are one-of-a-kind pieces and can never be replicated but similar styles may be special ordered.

The art is either created on canvas or recycled wood boards and painted with acrylics. All furniture pieces are constructed of architectural salvage. We do our best to recycle as much as possible, looking hard in the strangest of places for anything worthy of a second chance!

At Silo Studios its all about bringing a bit of whimsy into the lives and homes of those who dare to break out of the box. We encourage you to tour our galleries, sneak a giggle or a gasp, and contact us when you are ready to add a Silo Studios original to your favorite spot.
